Pros:
Eric Gillette and his staff are very good at what they do. So much so that I decided to just go ahead and retain for 2 years right away! Eric is very knowledgeable, and definitely is well versed in his craft. I got an amazing website designed from his company as well, and they continue to develop creative ways to help me with my business, including recently putting some of my products up on eBay to help drive more traffic to my website. They communicate promptly most of the time, and have a genuine inclination to help. I'd definitely recommend them. Eric asked me to review his company here, so I'm hoping he's happy with this review, as it is nothing but the Truth!

Cons:
The only negative that I can think of is in communication. Eric doesn't always get back to me promptly by phone, but he is fast to get back to me by e-mail, and on the clientflow site. Aside from working on speeding up the phone hold time, and how fast he gets back to me by phone, I'm completely happy.

Pros:
I started working with GSOL back in November of 2008, and so far have been impressed with their skills to get me top results. What I liked specifically was the focus on conversion rates, since Eric Gillette told me that his company focuses on converting traffic after they achieve the results they set out for.

Cons:
Althought Eric is very knowledgeable and communicates his plan effectively, I found that I haven't made many sales yet (only around 40-50 sales since I started with them in November, and it's April now). He says that the process takes time to get going, and that the perceived value I'm offering affect sales too, but I'm a bit skeptical since my sales have been slow. I'll continue with him until this November, and see what happens, since he says it takes about 12 months for me to start making 10-12 sales or more on a weekly basis.
