Pros:
The company was able to spend time detailing code with our team of "non-technical" web editors to ensure successful implementation of several items.
Cons:
The company didn't always understand the limits of working with us. Certain items that were recommended our team simply could not implement due to limits for our resources. Regrettably these unavoidable limits did impact the results of their work.

Pros:
Search-Werks has played in instrumental role in devleoping both the SEM and SEO programs at Dean & DeLuca. Prior to using them, the brands focused only on brand terms. Since partnering, we've been able to grow our programs, test opportunities, and find success in generating both topline sales and profits. This could not have been achieved as quickly as it has been without the help of the Search-Werks team. We look forward to continuing our partnership with them.

Pros:
Search-Werks is a valuable asset to several of our Interactive Campaigns. Currently, they are Strategic Partners for an on-going online advertising program we offer for a high profile Client with a highly competitive vertical.
Search-Werks has provided strategic optimizations to cause our CTR's to increase significantly over 2009 and in turn, our CPC's have decreased dramatically.
We receive prompt communication and Kurt is always bringing new idea's and services to our attention. We are very satisfied with the extensive knowledge they have in our vertical and in SEM as a whole.
I highly recommend using Search-Werks for any Search Engine Marketing needs.

Pros:
After a number of failed attempts with other companies, Search-Werks approached our situation with a professional proposal based upon a detailed analytic review of our site and past program performance. Their overall project management, meticulous weekly status meetings and improved customer acquisition metrics have validated that they were the right choice.

Pros:
Many search agencies simply push clicks, while Search Werks shows us how to make these clicks and traffic part of a more comprehensive strategy. Search Werks identified the invaluable Google Grants program for non-profits, allowing us to take full advantage of $10,000 in FREE PPC advertising each month which has resulted in an average 30% increase in our site traffic!
