Pros:
They have the experience we were looking for and have been very proactive in delivering the results we needed. The team working on our account has always communicated what they are doing, why they are doing it and what else we could do to improve our search campaigns. Definitely recommend!

Cons:
Communication some times can be a bit tough with certain parts of the team, but overall everything has been smooth.
