Pros:
The wonderful thing about working with this company was that they delivered results and tools we could USE as a small company, with limited resources. Instead of a meaningless 40-page document on search engine optimization that most companies delivered, Closed Loop gave us an actual project plan with phases, and "bang for your buck" recommendations to help us increase the organic traffic to our site.

Their communication is prompt and they are quick to address a problem. Finally, their communication is CLEAR.

They were able to present what they do in profit/loss context for my CEO as well as executive management, that's not a skill that every consultant has.

Finally, I truly consider Closed Loop a consultative partner in making my marketing efforts a success. I don't think of them as a "vendor" and I don't see our relationship as transactional. That's not something you can say about everyone you work with.



Cons:
There have been no negatives.

The only thing is that they work out of multiple remote locations so if you are looking for a local provider to hold your hand and come to your office all the time, they might not be a good fit.

But think of the money you'll save by not paying for all that overhead!!!

It's been a pleasure to work with Closed Loop -- we've been working with them for about 3 years.

Pros:
Closed Loop Marketing has been great to work with. Lance and his team have
provided excellent service, extensive up-to-date knowledge of SEM strategies
and tactics and a high-level of expertise. CLM acted as business partners by supporting and advising us in helping us meet our web goals. The end results exceeded expectations - using half the PPC budget, traffic more than doubled. Great to work with, personable, responsive, flexible and ethical. I highly recommend working with Closed Loop Marketing.

Pros:
The Closed Loop Marketing team is a powerhouse of senior level experts who thrive off getting results for their clients and they consistently deliver well documented results. Lance, Sandra, Amy and others on the team frequently speak at industry conferences and write great books like Web Design for ROI, and yet they can still patiently and simply explain what they do to anyone.

Cons:
They are too fun to work with and make you look for any excuse to interact with them.

Pros:
We hired Closed Loop Marketing to help us restructure and optimize our Paid Search programs for the Imaging and Printing division here at HP. The results have been just tremendous for our group. Lance Loveday and his skilled team analyzed our programs and developed a well thought out plan to improve our campaigns. Bottom-line, their recommendations have improved coverage levels for highly strategic keywords, reduced ineffective spend on irrelevant keywords, reduced unwanted overlap into other HP divisions and increased ad targeting and landing page effectiveness. We’ve seen across-the-board improvements in coverage levels, conversion rates and most importantly, sales transactions. Their team is just a blast to work with…they are just great people on every level. I give CLM my highest recommendation.

None...at this point.

Pros:
The folks at Closed Loop Marketing have been nothing less than amazing in working our very complex site architecture/corporate structure. Their knowledge of SEO is better than anyone's out there, resulting in rankings the likes of which our site has never seen in its long history on the net. Likewise, in working with us in PPC, they've been able to restructure our accounts to increase revenue, while lowering some of our costs. I would highly recommend CLM - they are a shining star in what is becoming a crowded field of wanna-be's.

Cons:
My experience with CLM has been nothing short of amazing, with absolutely no negatives to report.
