Pros:
Nothing is positive about this company. They call me way too much trying to get my account

Cons:
I never signed up or even contacted this company. They called me 3 times a day trying to get me to sign up for their services. I say no no and more no. I also told them to take me off of their list. It took them 2 weeks for the calls to stop. Two weeks of them calling 3 times a day straight.

Pros:
None

Cons:
We are a small SEO company on the east coast and they had us do a proposal and stole our lay out and designs. We were shocked when a potential client showed us their proposal as it was around 50% the same as our proposal which we have been using since 2001...

We are using to dealing with this on a local level but never a national. I did some research and it looks like they have a terrible online reputation i.e. charging credit cards without permission, over promising - under delivering, etc...

Pros:
NONE

Cons:
THEY PROMISED TO START ME FOR 30 DAYS EVALUATION AT $100.00 A MONTH ON THE PHONE BUT WHEN I CHECKED CREDIT CARD THEY CHARGED $200.00 THAT DAY. AND WHEN I GOT ACCESS TO THE SITE $100.00 WAS A SETUP CHARGE. CREDIT WAS NOT TO BE CHARGED $100.00 TILL AFTER THE 30 DAY TRIAL PERIOD. BUT WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THAT DAY THEY SAID INVESTIGATION. WELL 3 WEEKS LATER CHARGE STILLS STANDS AND THEY WONT TALK TO ME. I CONTACTED BBB AND MY CREDIT CARD PLUS WILL FLOOD ALL FORUMS OF THIS CROOKED BUSINESS.

Pros:
They DID send back a refund overnight when I showed I could rank for terms that would hurt them lol.

Cons:
They do not know seo in any real capacity and have more venture capital funds than knowledge about seo. They could not talk to my partner who worked with big campaigns like stubhub.com and fox news. We hoped they were for real as I wanted to give them more money - they said there were different levels of service so I suppose had we paid in the thousands per month instead of the hundreds per month we would have got MORE of nothing lol. Avoid the Fizz of the ORANGE SODA SCAM at all costs.

Pros:
Didn't have any.

Cons:
Bunch of techies acting like business people. I setup monthly budget of $400 and the charged me over $900. Took over 2 weeks to get a refund. They made many mistakes with my PPC and never caught a single one. I had to monitor everything they did and call to get things fixed. When I shut everything down, they kept billing me on a second account I never knew I had and then gave me a hard time about refunding. No idea about customer service....just arrogance and incompetence.

Pros:
Great customer service. Over-delivers on interaction and new ideas. I'd happily recommend to start-ups who don't have time to manage SEM on own, or are finding management fees out of sync with small budgets.

Very happy!

Cons:
Reporting tools could be better, integrating conversion from google for better analysis of what's working at the ROI level.

Pros:
My small to mid sized clients were continually frustrated with search engine marketing options because the firms pitching their services didn't have pricing models or solution platforms that met their specific needs. Search is critical for organizations large, mid-sized and small and I needed a firm that "got it" that made sense for smaller organizations that wanted to get big with the web. I found my search marketing solution with Orange Soda.

When I discovered Orange Soda at Search Engine Strategies in San Jose last year I was elated to finally find a search agency that developed a platform that was perfect to refer my clients to!

The service, expertise and results I receive for my clients is outstanding...my clients consider Orange Soda to be an extension of their marketing team and I am thrilled to have them as a resource.

I recommend Orange Soda 110%!
