Pros:
I've been using Reach Local for about 3 years. It's brought me my most successful campaigns and ROI of all of our advertising.
Cons:
After Hurricane Katrina they had some disruptions, but they recovered well and always kept me informed.

Pros:
Great for small business that does not know PPC.
Cons:
Half of the clicks that we get when we do in-house for the same budget. Hard to deal with. Changes take forever due to their API setup.

Pros:
Absolutely no positive experiences
Cons:
This company promised the world and got us a total of 4 contacts and 8 clicks over 2 months. We had a 4 week stretch they got us 0 clicks. Then after promising to refund the balance of our money two months ago, they will not even return our phone calls or emails much less the money. Avoid this company and in particular David Freemon our sales rep who has done nothing to help us get out funding back in any way. As soon as he knew he had lost the business, he would not even respond. He is awfull!!!

Pros:
There were no positives.
Cons:
This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ran a campaign for a number of months and wasted $8,000. Their service sucks, their people suck and it might as well be a total scam for the results they generated. Too bad I didn't use the money for something productive - like a nice vacation - with either one there is no money left at the end!

Pros:
Nice salesman, but i didn't pay $1,500 for that. I thought i would receive real calls and emails, so far NO GOOD. Came recommended by an associate, he is no longer an associate after this nonsense.
Cons:
Wasting money in a bad economy. I rarely received calls or emails and even when i did get calls and emails it was for services i never even mentioned to my salesman. Banging out my credit card for $1,500 a month and got ZERO leads from it. Take your money, go to AC or Vegas and pick a color on roulette. You'll have a better chance to make some money.Just emailed my rep, we had a meeting for 11 am. Still not here and it's 2:20pm and no call. I'm pissed!

Pros:
REVISED: Met with my ReachLocal rep Ed, and he was very helpful with our situation. He has from day one gone above and beyond what it takes make the customer happy, Honesty and results. We will continue to do business with ReachLocal and Ed.
Cons:
Too much to learn in a short time, my website content is much more important than i thought. Patience on my end will benefit my leads. Apologies to Ed and to ReachLocal

Pros:
ReachLocal was very helpful in bringing my business online. My salesperson helped me to setup a website and advertising on Google and other sites. After 2 years with ReachLocal we have moved a majority of our advertising budgets from print publications to online advertising with great results.
Cons:
We would like to get more leads from our online program. We tried to increase our budget with them but they were unable to spend it in a month. According to Reach Local there is not enough searches being done in my market to spend th entire budget on time.

Pros:
I have been a business owner for almost 2 years now. Luckily, I was introduced to Jeff Miller at Reach Local just a few months after we began. Considering any type of "computer talk" is completely foreign to me, Jeff (and his patience with my lack of understanding) made sure I knew what Reach Local actually does, versus search engine optimizers. Taking a huge leap of faith, we decided to sign on with Jeff and Reach Local. At that time, he referred us to a wonderful web designer, with whom he worked hand-in-hand (and still does when we update our site).
At the time we signed on with the, Jeff immediately made quite the impression by telling us that he did not want us signing a contract longer than four months. He said he wanted to first prove himself to us, and four months would be just the right time to do it. Let's just say that after 30 days, we were begging Jeff to let us upgrade and give them more money. The results were unbelievable! Finally, after four months, Jeff let us upgrade.
To this day, meeting Jeff and signing on with Reach Local has undoubtedly paid off. Over 60% of our business comes from what Reach Local does. I repeat....OVER 60 PERCENT!!!
Not only would I recommend Reach Local to any small or large business/corporation, but I believe anyone would be a FOOL not to at least let them prove what they can do.
