Pros:
I do want to thank Solid Cactus and the SEO team including David, Alicia and Farukh for your help in Improved rankings for my Kaleidoscopestoyou.com site. I was absolutely excited beyond belief to type in the keyword kaleidoscope on google and see I was ranked #4 this morning. As you might remember In my attempts I was able to reach at best # 28 and # 34 on Google my own. But my hats of you you all now. Solid Cactus SEO indeed knows what to do. Now the task will be to try and keep us in the top 10 or better yet top 5 over time. Any way as I have often said to My wife my moods often relate to my current daily rankings on Google. So you can imagine how I am feeling today ( Super excited) to reach a goal of a top ratings for the keyword Kaleidoscope. I do want to thank you very much. Keep up the good work. Now the price I have paid monthly (Which I have to admit seemed at first a bit steep for me) has all seemed worth it indeed. Solid Cactus does have my loyalty both in SEO and In website development.

Cons:
We were off to a somewhat slow start at first but hti was due to changing Employees especially due to health beyond any ones control. Completely undersandable by our orginization.

Pros:
Solid Cactus undertook a comprehensive analysis of our brand and several tiers opf compewtitors before conceptualizing our campaigns. They used click-thru and sell-thru data to leverage what we already knew about customer and prospect behavior to optimize our effort out of the box. They listen, are open to testing client ideas but clearly understand the need for results early and often. As a result they managed campaigns with thousands of key words and developed a steady return rate exceeding 15:1. They also understood and developed by testing ways to maximize small budgets and tecniques for dayparting and leveraging branded communication in other channels and media. They think cleasrly, communicate often and actrually listen and understand their client's needs and POVs. We recommend them without hesitation.

Pros:
We began at the beginning with Solid Cactus. They designed our web site and suggested we start things off with PPC.
Everything was new for us and we felt very fortunate to have Solid Cactus helping us through this maze. We are a new company with a small budget and I didn\'t know how much we could do. Well, they blew our minds. We rank right now on Google about 3 or 4 consistently! Our conversions climb every month along with are revenues. They always get back to me either by phone or email within a few hours if not immediately. They are never condescending when I ask the same question over and over again, which I tend to do when I don\'t understand something. They are the best!

Cons:
Haven't seen any yet and I don't think I will!

Pros:
Solid cactus has been doing my PPC for my company for a little over a year and they are doing a great job. My account rep always stays on top of whats working (and whats not) and is always open to hear suggestions. She always responds to my emails or requests within 1 day and she is very knowledgeable. I have been very happy with the results, so much so that I have signed on another site for them to do the PPC with. Added bonus with working with Solid Cactus, they want you (the client) to fully understand the process and treat you as part of the family and they take great pride educating you in the processes.

Cons:
No negative comments - this is an excellent company to work with -

Pros:
Solid Cactus has been a blessing for us. We were nervous at first about hiring outside our company, but gave them a shot. Within 6 weeks we noticed a DRAMATIC increase in business. Our orders have increased 27% since October 2007 and they are still growing. This company is unbelievable, they work for us like they are in our building. They keep contact with us daily and spend many hours thinking outside the box for ideas long before our employees do.

Actually their SEM team have us so busy now, we run out of products long before a season is over. In saying that, I must stress we have been in
business for 69 years, and our buyers have been with us since the beginning
of our venture online, just when they thought they had a handle on how to
order blind for our internet orders, along comes Solid Cactus and their SEM
team, and now we are learning all over again!!

They have become like family to us, not like a outsource company. We now
have more time to do what we do and know best, and that's sell candy, not
computer ads. They are "simply the best!"

Negative? We haven't had anything negative. There is no negativity when your sales increased 27%, we would have been happy with 10.

Pros:
I've had an online business for about 8 years now, and I know enough about
the online marketing realm to be dangerous. I've hired about 3 Internet
Marketing firms in the last 3 years as it always has been a challenging task
to find a great one. I hooked up with solid cactus in Jan of 07 and have
been with them ever since. I can't describe how happy I have been with my
decision to hire them, and my experience with them. The results are
phenomenal and have exceeded beyond my expectations. They have helped me
grow strategically, and I've tripled my business since last year. At first
they only managed my PPC program, but then as I felt comfortable I gave them my SEO and Affiliate marketing. They are pretty much my in-house marketing team, and I have 3 account managers (One for PPC, one for SEO, and one Affiliate), each excelling in what they do best. I would strongly recommend giving them a call as I have no doubt they can help you. As we speak, I am engaging in their Social Media marketing package, and E-mail
marketing management.

Hope this review was helpful.

Cons:
None so far, all my account managers respond within hours of my email, and they are all very knowledgeable. Upper management is very responsive and sends surveys from time for ideas to improve their service (although I think it is perfect). I love them!
