Pros:
They did not provide services as advertised over the phone. Bad return; Too expensive. Hard to get in touch with once your a customer.

Cons:
Pretty much everything. Don't use this company.

Pros:

- I worked with Patty Adams who impressed me with her attentiveness and accessibility.

Every single individual I've worked with at Vertical Measures has been exceptional. They respond to inquiries thoroughly and in a timely manner. They are always courteous and well-versed on the topic of discussion. I would recommend Vertical Measures to anyone who is looking for SEM services.

Pros:
'A few years ago my wife took on the task of getting my company's website optimized. After exhaustive searching for an SEM a name kept popping up, Vertical Measures. Her logic was that if they were so good at promoting their own company that they could do the same for mine. Since we started with VM we have consistently been on the first page of organic searches. What impresses me most about their service is that they are constantly updating their service to correspond to the changing search climate. I would not hesitate in recommending Vertical Measures if you are interested in a bonafide results orientated company with integrity.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Very poor customer service.

Cons:
Customer service was poor to beyond poor. I tried to contact them several times about issues and they never returned my call. I spoke to a women by the name of Patty Adams and she was very rude. Do not use this company they will rip you off
